With recent measures in place due to COVID-19, we may experience longer delivery times than normal.
How will my order be delivered?
We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier.
Your orders are despatched from the United Kingdom as well as from across the globe. Depending on where your items are despatched from, you may receive multiple deliveries.
When will my order arrive?
Want to track your order now? You can track the progress of your order by viewing the relevant order from your order history.
All items are despatched within 1-2 days of your order. Upon despatch, we will send you a tracking code to track your order to your delivery address, as well as update you with a more accurate delivery date.Items despatched from outside the UK will require extra time for processing and international shipping. We monitor all deliveries and will keep you updated of all updates via e-mail.
By default, the delivery address will be the same as the billing address, however, you may change the delivery address at the time of the order.

Our returns policy
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund any unsuitable items in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase with a valid despatch note. Please note: There are a few rules and exceptions outlined below.
- All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics and swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Sale items purchased can be fully refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid. Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and in original packaging.
- Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.

- 14 days for sale items, from when you've received your delivery
How do I start a returns process?
- You can arrange a return at returns.guzell.com and follow the on-screen instructions.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail with further information and instructions.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return delivery charges although we may cover this cost at our discretion.
How soon will I get my refund?
- We'll contact you via e-mail to let you know we've received your return and inspected it.
- Once your return has passed inspection, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, usually within 10 business days.
