Our Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund any unsuitable items in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase (14 days for sale items).
Please note: There are a few rules and exceptions outlined below.
1. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
2. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics and swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Sale items purchased can be fully refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid.
4. Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and in original packaging.
5. Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.

• There are no charges for return.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return delivery charges although we may cover this cost at our discretion.
How soon will I get my refund?
• We'll contact you via e-mail to let you know we've received your return and inspected it.
Once your return has passed inspection, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, usually within 10 business days.
